Product description:
It’s the Two-component adhesive compounded by polyurethane modified epoxy resin and modified amine curing agent
and various auxiliaries.

1.Two-component, the curing speed is moderate,the highest temperature resistance of the curing product is 100 degree.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Grinding or sand blasting to clean up the dust,greasy dirt and rust on the surface of adherend.
Clean it by cleaning agent in the end.

2.Configure adhesive: Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the specified requirement, A:B=2:1,
when the temperature is too low, can put the main agent and curing agent into the temperature of 50℃ to preheat,
then stir it uniformly, weigh it according to the given proportion,mix it and stir uniformly.

3.Using adhesive: Make the configured adhesive spread coating on the surface of adherend uniformly,then fold it,
knock it from the middle to all around for once with rubber hammer,avoid getting into the air in the middle.

4.Curing:Initial curing for 4 hours at the room temperature,fully curing for 48 hours, heat it up to the temperature of 80℃
and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then do the last curing,in this way,can get the higher combination property
(can improve 30%)

Packaging specification:
Two-component,250g/set,8 sets/carton or 16 sets/carton.

Storage:
This product is general chemicals,should pay attention to waterproof and fire prevention during transportation and storage,
save it in a cool and dry place,the storage period is 12 months.
